Specifications and performance data
Catalogue specifications and design targets are shown together. The chart displays approximate compression and recovery values at 10 and 100 kPa only. Contact us to discuss customer-specific tolerances.
Only approximate 10 and 100 kPa endpoint values read from the printed catalogue are shown. Straight connectors are visual guides, not measured intermediate-pressure data.
Third-party SEM, ICP and BET reports are available on request. Products are RoHS & REACH compliant.
Download preliminary TDS (PDF)Key requirements for long-term float service
Standby batteries spend most of their service life on float and must deliver when called upon. This series is designed for stable float performance and resistance to electrolyte stratification in tall cells.
The series uses a density of 150 g/m²·mm, 1.0–3.0 μm fibers and thickness up to 3.0 mm at 10 kPa for long-term float standby applications.
Long-term float service
Standby batteries spend most of their service life on float and must deliver when called upon. Stable float performance is the central design focus of this series.
Tall cells
Tall standby cells are more susceptible to electrolyte stratification. High porosity and strong wicking help keep acid distribution stable over time.
Reliable discharge on demand
Elastic recovery helps maintain plate-group pressure over long float service, supporting dependable discharge when the battery is called upon.
Energy Storage & High Temperature
For standby batteries in high-temperature environments, using a heat-stable structure.
Motive Power
For frequent deep-cycle traction duty.
Pasting Paper
For continuous grid-pasting lines: glass fiber pasting paper with a BET design target of ≥2.0 m²/g.
