Key requirements for long-term float service

Standby batteries spend most of their service life on float and must deliver when called upon. This series is designed for stable float performance and resistance to electrolyte stratification in tall cells.

The series uses a density of 150 g/m²·mm, 1.0–3.0 μm fibers and thickness up to 3.0 mm at 10 kPa for long-term float standby applications.

01

Long-term float service

Standby batteries spend most of their service life on float and must deliver when called upon. Stable float performance is the central design focus of this series.

02

Tall cells

Tall standby cells are more susceptible to electrolyte stratification. High porosity and strong wicking help keep acid distribution stable over time.

03

Reliable discharge on demand

Elastic recovery helps maintain plate-group pressure over long float service, supporting dependable discharge when the battery is called upon.
