Specifications and performance data
Catalogue specifications and design targets are shown together. The chart displays approximate compression and recovery values at 10 and 100 kPa only. Contact us to discuss customer-specific tolerances.
Only approximate 10 and 100 kPa endpoint values read from the printed catalogue are shown. Straight connectors are visual guides, not measured intermediate-pressure data.
Third-party SEM, ICP and BET reports are available on request. Products are RoHS & REACH compliant.
Download preliminary TDS (PDF)Key requirements for motorcycle batteries
Motorcycle batteries are compact, exposed to vibration and expected to deliver high current on demand. This series combines 150 g/m²·mm density with a 0.5–3.0 μm fiber blend for motorcycle ignition and lighting, miners’ lamps and electric-toy batteries.
High porosity helps retain electrolyte near the plates, while elastic recovery helps maintain plate-group compression through charge-discharge cycling and road vibration.
Instant current
Compact batteries still require high cranking current. Stable float performance and reliable high-current discharge support dependable ignition and lighting.
Rough-road vibration
Elastic recovery helps maintain plate-group pressure through charge-discharge cycling and continuous road vibration.
Electrolyte retention
High porosity helps keep electrolyte near the plates, supporting dependable starting performance.
SLI
For four-wheel cranking applications, at 155 g/m²·mm.
Motive Power
For e-bike and small traction batteries in frequent deep-cycle service.
Pasting Paper
For continuous grid-pasting lines: glass fiber pasting paper with a BET design target of ≥2.0 m²/g.
