Key requirements for traction duty

Motive-power batteries operate under frequent deep-cycle and high-rate charge-discharge conditions. This series has a BET specific-surface-area design target of ≥1.6 m²/g; its high-porosity structure is designed for electrolyte retention and stratification control, while the separator is also designed to resist lead dendrite penetration.

The series is available in 0.55–1.50 mm thickness at 20 kPa with a density of 155 g/m²·mm. Its tensile strength and toughness support high-speed automated enveloping.

Frequent deep cycling

Traction batteries often operate under frequent deep-cycle and high-rate charge-discharge conditions. This series is designed around stable deep-cycle performance.

Managing dendrite risk

The BET specific-surface-area design target is ≥1.6 m²/g. The high-porosity structure is designed for electrolyte retention and stratification control, and the separator is also designed to resist lead dendrite penetration.

Thin-sheet range

The 0.55–1.50 mm thickness range at 20 kPa is paired with tensile strength and toughness suited to high-speed automated enveloping.
