What traction duty demands of a separator
Motive power is the hardest duty cycle in lead-acid: daily deep discharge, high-rate loads and long strings. This series is designed around a high specific surface area (BET ≥ 1.6 m²/g) that binds electrolyte tightly to the fiber matrix, resisting stratification and dendrite penetration through thousands of partial cycles.
A thin sheet (0.5–1.2 mm at 100 kPa) with 215 ±10 g/m²·mm density keeps internal resistance low while its tensile strength and toughness suit high-speed automated enveloping.
Daily deep discharge
Traction batteries are cycled deeply every working day — the hardest duty cycle in lead-acid. Deep-cycle charge and discharge performance is this series’ design center.
Dendrite pressure
BET ≥1.6 m²/g binds electrolyte tightly to the fiber matrix, resisting stratification and dendrite penetration through thousands of partial cycles.
Low internal resistance
A thin sheet — 0.5–1.2 mm at 100 kPa — keeps internal resistance low, while tensile strength and toughness suit high-speed automated enveloping.
Energy Storage & High Temperature
For stationary storage duty and high-temperature environments instead of daily traction.
SLI
The high-volume cranking counterpart on the same fiber discipline.
Pasting Paper
Pairs with every plate line: pasting paper for continuous grid pasting, BET ≥2.0 m²/g.
