Sharing Insight, Shaping What Comes Next
Teams across sales, purchasing, technology and quality shared market insight, material trends, customer requirements and practical QC methods.
During the 2025 autumn season, Alpha Beta brought together colleagues from sales, purchasing, technology and quality for a cross-functional learning programme. The sessions connected customer needs, raw-material trends, technical requirements and practical quality tools.
Looking outward: what the market needs next
On 14 November, the International Business and Purchasing Planning teams connected colleagues across multiple locations online. The discussion examined lead-acid and lithium battery trends, future application areas for lead-acid technology, and changes in demand among major market participants. The goal was to give supply planning, product development and market work a shared evidence base.

Quality first: turning data into action
On 20 November, the Quality team delivered training on the seven basic QC tools and their practical use in organising, analysing and controlling quality data. The session helped quality specialists identify issues more systematically, while giving sales and production colleagues a clearer view of product status and the logic behind continuous improvement.

Shared information, shared direction
Regular cross-functional exchange helps the organisation respond to market changes, strengthen quality awareness and improve coordination between sales, production, purchasing and technology. Knowledge creates value when it is shared, tested and converted into action.
