Open Exchange, Shared Progress
A two-day forum connected sales, technology, production and quality around lead-acid market trends, equipment, separator standards and application performance.
On 29 October 2024, Alpha Beta’s sales team led a two-day forum on the lead-acid battery market and technology development. Colleagues from production, technology, quality and sales shared perspectives on market trends, manufacturing equipment, technical standards and cross-functional work.
Market analysis
The sales team reviewed global lead-acid battery trends from the perspective of customer demand. The discussion compared the market structure, strengths and application paths of lead-acid and lithium technologies, and used industry data to examine how major battery manufacturers and their requirements were changing. These insights provided useful input for market development and product R&D.

Technical discussion
Drawing on new research and industry developments, specialists from technology, production and quality discussed AGM separator standards, equipment improvements and ways to enhance battery application performance. Their different roles brought complementary perspectives, helping the group examine issues at customer, product and manufacturing levels.
Better communication, better coordination
Brainstorming sessions expanded the range of ideas for follow-up work. Management encouraged regular learning and open exchange so that information can move more freely across the organisation, discussion can generate innovation, and departments can work with greater cohesion.
