Stronger Together

A day of team challenges, collaboration and outdoor cooking brought the Alpha Beta team closer together — and put trust and execution into practice.

On a bright spring day, the Alpha Beta team stepped outside the workplace for a team-building programme inspired by four shared principles: hold on to our ambitions, build the future, put people first and pursue excellence.

A day built around teamwork

The programme was designed to make collaboration tangible. It gave us a chance to experience how cohesion and disciplined execution shape a team — especially when the setting is both challenging and encouraging.

Highlights from the day

Divided into two teams, colleagues competed in a series of challenges. Some tested reasoning and communication, while others could only be completed through close coordination. Everyone committed fully; both the satisfaction of success and the lessons from difficult moments became part of a shared memory.

At midday, the teams gathered beneath the canopy for an outdoor barbecue. Food, music and conversation created space to know one another beyond day-to-day responsibilities. We were not simply colleagues working alongside one another, but teammates who encourage, share with and understand each other.

What the experience reinforced

Cohesion and execution are essential to turning ambition into progress. Every person contributes to the team, and every decision and action affects its collective performance. “People first, excellence always” is therefore more than a phrase: it is a principle to practise in everyday work.

Strong teams do not happen automatically. They are built through consistent effort, care for colleagues, respect for different perspectives and a willingness to take responsibility together. Every member has a distinct and indispensable part to play.

Excellence is also a long-term pursuit. Whether completing a single task or working towards a larger objective, progress requires determination, resilience and the confidence to meet challenges directly. We thank every colleague who took part — every contribution, smile and effort is part of what makes this team valuable.

Together, we look forward to the challenges ahead.
